🌿 Atibala Root (Abutilon indicum | Country Mallow)

Lymphatic Cleanser • Reproductive Restorative • Skin Healer

For Men & Women

Known in Ayurveda as "Atibala", meaning “great strength”, this soft-stemmed plant is prized for its cooling, detoxifying, and rejuvenating effects on the lymphatic system, skin, and reproductive organs. Traditionally used in India, Sri Lanka, and parts of Africa, Atibala is a gentle yet powerful ally for restoring balance to the body’s vital waters and internal terrain.

Atibala root and leaf are both used in our Seanjari Preeti formulas, delivering a delicate but deep-cleansing action for hormonal detox, skin eruptions, sexual exhaustion, post-illness stagnation, and excess heat in the blood.

💧 Detoxification Benefits

For Women:

Atibala clears uterine inflammation, balances irregular menses, and supports recovery from pelvic infections, fibroids, and vaginal dryness. Its mucilaginous texture hydrates dry tissues and flushes residual toxins from the womb, liver, and kidneys. Ideal during post-menstrual purification, postpartum healing, or yoni steaming protocols.

For Men:

Atibala calms prostate swelling, cools the genitourinary tract, and is used traditionally to soothe seminal weakness, erectile inflammation, and testicular congestion. Its affinity for the lymph nodes and sweat glands makes it a top herb for athletes, men recovering from illness, or those dealing with skin conditions tied to toxic buildup.

🌱 Why It Works

• Lymphatic Flush: Atibala purifies the lymph and reduces swollen glands, cysts, and congestion in the groin, breast, and armpit regions—all signs of stagnation or toxin overload.

• Mucosal Hydration: With soothing mucilage and mild analgesics, Atibala restores moisture to dry, inflamed, or irritated tissues, especially within the gut, reproductive organs, and skin barrier.

• Hormone & Libido Reset: Its grounding, toning effects calm overstimulation of the nervous system and support the body in regulating sexual function, menstrual cycles, and adrenal burnout.

• Skin & Sweat Gland Cleanser: Ideal in body powders, soaps, and bath soaks, Atibala cools and clears eczema, boils, heat rashes, and post-viral skin purges, especially when paired with mimosa, burdock, lotus, or dragon’s blood.

🌿 Key Benefits

🛁 How We Use It
